ACF- MEA Founded in 2019, by Mohamed Abozaid since he has more than 25 years of experience in HR and Accounting field, with intensive  experience in HR practice and academic through his MBA in Human Resources  Management and Proficiency in decision-making, planning, and control functions  through his CMA with extensive experience in strategic HR, project  management, organization design, culture re-integration and change  management, on-boarding, competency-based interviewing, policies and  procedures, start-ups, budgeting, HR scoreboard, employee engagement,  employee/ industrial relations, workforce planning, performance management,  compensation and benefits including; job evaluation and grading, salary  structures, retention programs, training and leadership development, talent  acquisition/ sourcing and talent management, university relationships, coaching,  creating management framework, personnel administration and social  insurance, labor law in multiple countries, quality systems and continuous  improvement, and conflict resolution.
